On tuesday, just saw the crawler on CNN, what does this mean?

OK the CNN crawler is saying SHe will release here delegates on Tuesday and ask them to vote for Obama. Major blunder by McCain running that ad.

Here are some of my favorite quotes about Wes Clark that I accumulated during the 04 campaign.  I don't have citations for them but google should point you in the right direction.
